Marathon invites you to purchase your initial shares of Marathon Oil Corporation common stock without the use of a broker. Through the Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan, we encourage you to take advantage of the following benefits:

  • From time to time, Marathon may offer up to a 3% discount*
  • No fee for issuance of a certificate (should you request one)
